7 Clans First Council Casino: fixed location and documented straight-line distances

7 Clans First Council Casino is 108.0 miles straight-line from Oklahoma City, 85.1 miles straight-line from Tulsa, 290.8 miles straight-line from Dallas, and 528.9 miles straight-line from San Antonio. Road distance is always longer than straight-line distance, and this article does not publish driving mileage or travel time.

The fixed point this article can document is the property location of 7 Clans First Council Casino at latitude 36.982891 and longitude -97.044119. Publicly published reference sources identify the venue on North Highway 77; figures about casino properties can change over time, but this article is limited to the documented position and the listed great-circle comparisons.

The venue’s fixed position

If you are trying to place First Council Casino on a map, the core fact is that its documented location is a property point at 36.982891, -97.044119. That puts the venue in Oklahoma, and the coordinate places it in the northern part of the state, close to the Kansas line in relative regional terms.

Because the topic here is the physical place, not current operations, the safest way to use the venue name is as a fixed geographic reference. Ownership, branding, hours, and on-site offerings can change, but a documented property coordinate is the anchor that lets you compare the venue to other places without guessing routes or times.

Why straight-line distance is not road distance

Every mileage figure below is great-circle distance, sometimes called straight-line distance or “as the crow flies.” It measures the shortest path over the earth’s surface between two coordinates, not the path a car must take on a road network.

Actual road mileage is longer because roads bend, connect in limited ways, and must work around rivers, lakes, terrain, private land patterns, and settlement layouts. State borders can matter too, not because a straight-line measurement changes, but because the available crossing points and road links may force a longer real-world route than the direct line on a map suggests.

That is why this article keeps the two ideas separate. The numbers in the table are useful for orientation and scale, but they should not be read as a driving plan.

How to read the table

The table is best used as a scale guide. Shorter straight-line figures show which reference points are geographically nearer in direct-line terms, while larger figures show which are farther away across the country.

For example, the documented straight-line distance to Park City is 58.4 miles, to Tulsa 85.1 miles, to Oklahoma City 108.0 miles, and to Dallas 290.8 miles. Those figures tell you the casino sits much closer to northeastern and north-central Oklahoma reference points than to Texas or coastal destinations, but they do not tell you which road path is usable or shortest.

Regional orientation within Oklahoma

The coordinate gives a simple directional picture even without publishing unsupported route detail. At 36.982891 latitude, the venue lies in the northern part of Oklahoma; at -97.044119 longitude, it sits east of the far western side of the state and west of the state’s eastern edge, making it a north-central to northeastern Oklahoma reference in broad directional terms.

The comparisons in the distance matrix reinforce that reading. Tulsa at 85.1 straight-line miles and Oklahoma City at 108.0 straight-line miles are both relatively near compared with farther regional cities such as Kansas City at 198.5, Denver at 470.5, Houston at 508.6, or San Antonio at 528.9.

What this article can and cannot measure

This page can measure only the venue-to-place pairs that appear in the published straight-line matrix. It cannot calculate a new pair that is not listed, and it cannot turn these direct-line figures into road mileage, trip duration, or step-by-step access instructions.

That matters if your question is narrower than the venue name alone. If the exact place you care about is not one of the listed reference points, the honest answer is that this article cannot measure that specific segment; use the fixed property coordinate and compare it with your own starting point in a mapping tool that supports coordinate search.

What to confirm before you go

Before leaving, confirm the changeable parts on the venue’s own official contact and visitor pages rather than relying on any static location article. The main items to verify are current operating status, entry arrangements, parking setup, on-site amenities, and any property-specific access notices.

If you are comparing this location with your own origin, enter the documented coordinate 36.982891, -97.044119 into your preferred map service and let that service calculate the current route from your exact starting point. That is the right place to confirm today’s road mileage, not a straight-line distance table.

FAQ

Where is 7 Clans First Council Casino located?

The documented property point for 7 Clans First Council Casino is latitude 36.982891 and longitude -97.044119 in Oklahoma, with North Highway 77 listed in the location record. This article stays with that fixed geographic reference and does not add unsupported claims about current operations, access routes, or facility size.

Is the distance to First Council Casino the same as driving miles?

No. The figures published here are great-circle measurements between coordinates, so they show straight-line distance only. Real road mileage is always longer because roads do not follow a perfect direct line and may detour around terrain, water, property boundaries, and the available road network.

Can this page tell me how far the casino is from my location?

Only if your starting point matches one of the named reference points in the table. If it does not, this page cannot honestly measure that pair. The practical method is to use the fixed venue coordinate, 36.982891 and -97.044119, and compare it with your own current starting point in a map service.
