Zagury currently serves as CEO of the Elektron Energy team and is also a member of 21 Capital’s board. The leadership change will see current CEO Jack Mallers step down and focus full time on Strike. The companies said they are working through an orderly handover of responsibilities to maintain continuity during the transition. 21 Capital and Strike have also decided that Strike is better suited to operate as an independent business, and the two sides are no longer considering a merger. 21 Capital added that it plans to share more details on its strategy and direction in the coming months.
