That individual is said to hold an indirect stake in Changxin through Zhaoyin Yunting, the company’s ninth-largest shareholder, which holds 1.58%. The indirect holding attributed to him is about 3.17%, and the stake would be worth about 1 billion yuan after Changxin’s listing.
