TechFlow reported on June 12 that Adobe, the U.S. software giant, released its fiscal 2026 second-quarter results. The company recorded revenue of $6.62 billion for the quarter, representing 13% year-over-year growth. On a constant-currency basis, revenue increased by 11%. Adobe described the quarter’s revenue level as a record result.

Revenue and Earnings Per Share

Adobe also disclosed its key earnings metrics for the period. Diluted earnings per share came in at $4.25, while adjusted earnings per share reached $5.96. The company said total annual recurring revenue at the end of the quarter was $27.1 billion, including approximately $480 million from Semrush.

Operating Income, Net Income and Cash Flow

Under GAAP reporting, Adobe posted operating income of $2.24 billion for the same quarter. On a non-GAAP basis, operating income was $2.95 billion. GAAP net income stood at $1.71 billion, while non-GAAP net income reached $2.4 billion. Cash flow from operating activities was $2.17 billion.

Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen said the company’s record second-quarter revenue reflected strong customer demand for artificial intelligence products.
