The latest stop-out cost the trader $250,000. According to Ember, AguilaTrades had not opened a position for the previous 14 months. After returning to the market, the trader first lost $300,000 on a long position yesterday, then lost another $250,000 on the short. Ember added that AguilaTrades’ principal fell from $700,000 to $150,000 within a single day. The trader’s cumulative losses now stand at $38.16 million. Ember said AguilaTrades had not opened any trades for the previous 14 months. After returning to the market, the trader lost $300,000 on a long position yesterday, then posted another $250,000 loss on the short.

The update said the trader’s $700,000 principal fell to $150,000 within one day, bringing total losses to $38.16 million.
