DeFi growth agency alphagrowth has officially launched the PRIME initiative for the Cardano ecosystem. The program is designed to help Cardano attract liquidity and achieve real-world usage over a 12-month period through protocol preparation, incentive mechanisms, and market outreach. According to official data, Cardano's current total value locked (TVL) stands at approximately $90 million. The PRIME plan targets a net TVL increase of more than $200 million, bringing the target TVL to around $290 million. Additionally, it aims to boost organic APR and fee income.
Phased Execution and Budget Allocation
The PRIME initiative is divided into two main phases. The first four months will focus on a current-state audit and gap analysis to identify weaknesses and opportunities within the ecosystem. Months five through twelve will shift to milestone-based incentives and capital deployment, channeling targeted rewards to attract liquidity and foster genuine usage. The total budget request for the program is 120 million ADA, equivalent to approximately $19.2 million at current prices, to be funded by the Cardano treasury.
In terms of fee structure, alphagrowth will charge a fixed fee of 11 million ADA, plus a performance fee of up to 29 million ADA. The performance fee decreases along a step-down schedule based on TVL growth—the higher the TVL increase, the lower the fee percentage—aiming to incentivize the team to achieve higher targets. To ensure transparency and fairness, an independent five-person voting committee will oversee the project, and feedback channels will be open to the Cardano community.
