AsiaStrategy and its affiliated firm Sora Ventures would handle asset sourcing, distribution, and capital markets channels across Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Thailand, and the United Arab Emirates. The two sides said they plan to initially examine products that combine traditional assets with compliant on-chain issuance. Specific products, structures, and launch sequencing are still under discussion, and no product has been issued at this stage.
