Aster said its Rocket Launch product generated more than $1 billion in trading activity within six days of launch, including about $122 million in spot volume and roughly $933 million in perpetual volume. The platform also said that within five days of APRO’s $AT token TGE, it captured more than 90% of the market share in $AT perpetual trading.
Early campaign pushed activity across spot and perps
Rocket Launch went live on October 24. According to Aster, the product lifted user activity and participation across the platform. On October 29, Aster announced a 500,000 $AT loyalty bonus for early participants who traded during the first four days of the campaign. It also disclosed that the spot trading competition carried a reward pool of no less than 1.5 million $AT, with a perpetual trading campaign set to follow with at least another 1.5 million $AT.
Aster described the first Rocket Launch event as a driver of both new-user acquisition and renewed activity from existing traders and token holders. The source material does not provide figures for unique users, fee revenue, or wallet counts, but the company’s framing makes clear that Rocket Launch is being positioned as a central growth product for platform trading.
Nubila campaign starts October 31, 2025
Aster said the next Rocket Launch will begin at 12:00 UTC on October 31, 2025 and will feature Nubila, a decentralized oracle network focused on AI and prediction markets. The campaign will run for seven days and include both spot and perpetual trading for Nubila’s token, $NB.
The event uses a dual reward structure. The spot campaign will offer a $200,000 $ASTER prize pool together with more than 3 million $NB in rewards. The perpetual campaign will add an exclusive pool of more than 3 million $NB. Based on Aster’s disclosure, the combined distribution will exceed 6 million NB.
How Rocket Launch distributes incentives
Aster said each Rocket Launch campaign combines rewards in $ASTER and the partner project’s native token. Project teams contribute capital and tokens, and Aster uses those funds to buy back $ASTER on the open market. The repurchased $ASTER is then distributed alongside the project token rewards to campaign participants.
For Nubila, the source describes the project as building a physical oracle layer for AI and prediction markets. Its decentralized sensor network collects real-world data and converts it into verifiable intelligence for AI systems and smart contracts. Nubila said it has deployed more than 21,000 devices across 122 countries and operates more than 16,000 validator nodes. The project is described as being backed by BCG, Block Space Force, Quantum Holdings, VeChain, and IoTeX.
Aster describes itself as a next-generation decentralized exchange for both spot and perpetual trading across BNB Chain, Ethereum, Solana, and Arbitrum. It says its platform includes MEV-free one-click execution and supports liquid-staking tokens such as asBNB and yield-generating stablecoins such as USDF as collateral.
