Bee Network has been operating since August 2020 on a simple model: users log in each day, tap a button, and earn BEE tokens without buying hardware or putting money in upfront. Six years later, one point still defines the project’s status in 2026: there is still no confirmed TGE date for BEE, and no exchange listing has been announced.
The roadmap keeps listing locked behind a three-phase structure
The project’s official roadmap splits growth into three stages. Phase 1 covers the first 1 million users. Phase 2 runs from 1 million to 10 million users and centers on verification and trust building. Phase 3 covers 10 million to 100 million users, and that is the stage where exchange listing is expected to happen. Bee Network says it is still in Phase 2, which means open-market trading has not started.
The app’s daily system is built around three roles: miners claim rewards every 24 hours, inviters expand the network, and verifiers handle identity checks during Phase 2. The mining rate started at 1.6 tokens per hour and halves at major user milestones, falling to 0.8, 0.4, 0.2, and 0.1. Once the platform reaches 1 billion users worldwide, new token generation drops to zero.
KYC remains the main operational focus in 2026
Bee Network says Phase 1 was completed after the platform crossed 1 million users. The current emphasis is still on verification infrastructure. On May 20, 2026, the team ran its “520 Bee-Day” campaign with a 400,000 BEE prize pool shared by 8,000 winners, with CoinGecko, LetsExchange, and EchobitExchange listed as co-hosts.
On the same date, the team opened 100,000 KYC slots and said it plans to verify close to 1 million new users across 2026. Those slots are being released in batches rather than all at once. The stated review time is 3 to 14 working days. According to the project, most failed applications are caused by missing social account links or incorrect ID submissions. Users already in the queue do not need to apply again unless they are rejected.
Ecosystem products are expanding, but listing details are still absent
Beyond basic mining, Bee Network says its ecosystem now includes Bee.games, which offers online games and creative tools. The platform cites 155.2K+ free games, 600+ game studios, and 3.7M+ users. On June 2, the team also previewed Bee tools built with Manus AI, describing them as tools meant to create things for users rather than only answer prompts. In a community poll, 45.6% of participants chose Web3 websites as the first type of product they wanted the tool to build.
The largest gap in the roadmap remains unchanged. Bee Network has not published a TGE date for BEE, and no exchange has been confirmed for a future listing. The white paper’s position has stayed the same: Phase 3 begins only when user growth and ecosystem maturity reach the required level, not when a set calendar date arrives. Until that phase opens, BEE has no live trading venue and no real market price.
