On March 27 at 05:00 UTC, exchange WEEX posted on X that spot trading for the Billions Network token BILL would start. Later, a WEEX support page stated the BILL/USDT pair was already live. The project itself, however, has not issued any official confirmation, leaving the listing date in doubt.
Conflicting Signals from WEEX and Coinbase
WEEX's initial announcement and the subsequent support update contradict each other's timelines. Meanwhile, Coinbase added BILL to its roadmap — but the exchange explicitly says roadmap status does not mean live trading. Search interest in "WEEX BILL debut," "Coinbase BILL token listing," and "BILL token launch date" spiked because of the mismatch.
Investors are left guessing whether BILL is truly tradable or still pending.
Tokenomics Already Public, Early Supply Clear
CoinMarketCap's preview page lists a total supply of 10 billion BILL and a self-reported circulating supply of 2.4 billion. Allocation: community 40%, foundation 32%, contributors 20%, investors 6%, creators program 2%. The project describes itself as a mobile-first, privacy-focused human-and-AI verification network.
Using the 2.4B circulating figure and an estimated opening market cap of $50M–$120M, each BILL token would be roughly $0.02 to $0.05. A thin float could trigger a quick spike, but early liquidity gaps often lead to fast reversals.
No Project Confirmation, Listing Remains Unclear
No launch price or official listing statement has come from the team behind Billions Network. Coinbase's roadmap is just a watchlist, not a trade signal. WEEX's claim and the project's silence create a foggy market event.
The key question is no longer whether WEEX posted a time. It's whether the project, data trackers, and other exchanges will now move in sync — that's what turns a noisy debut into a trusted market event.
