Those eligible holdings will be swapped at a 1:1 ratio. NES bought after 22:51 on Aug. 24 will not be included in the swap and will be refunded separately. Users who had a net bought NES position between Aug. 24 at 22:51 and Sept. 5 at 12:00 will receive an official email within seven business days with details on eligible refunds.
