Binance expanded its tokenized stock lineup on June 11 with five new bStocks tied to Circle, Nvidia, Tesla, Micron, and Sandisk, while also teasing a future SpaceX-linked token under the ticker SPCXB. The move adds high-profile names to the exchange’s growing real-world asset offering.
The new listings — CRCLB, NVDAB, TSLAB, MUB, and SNDKB — launched on Binance’s spot market. Issued by BTech Holdings Limited, a Binance affiliate, each bStock functions as a certificate linked to underlying financial instruments, not direct share ownership. Binance confirmed each token is backed by corresponding stock holdings held by the issuer, though holders receive no voting rights or shareholder privileges. Conversions between stocks and bStocks occur at a 1:1 ratio with no conversion fees.
Trading opened at 17:00 UTC on June 11 for MUB/USDT, with CRCLB, NVDAB, SNDKB, and TSLAB starting one hour later.
SpaceX token enters Binance’s roadmap
Alongside the stock additions, Binance revealed plans for a future SpaceX-linked product (SPCXB) without providing a launch date. The teaser arrives as SpaceX prepares for one of the year’s most anticipated IPOs. Reports indicate the aerospace company aims to raise $75 billion at a valuation of roughly $1.75 trillion. About 20% of shares may go to retail investors, with less than 10% reserved for international participants, signaling a domestic-focused structure. Some analysts have warned the IPO could pull capital away from digital assets.
Investor confidence holds despite legal fight
SpaceX and its xAI unit face a lawsuit filed by former engineer Devin Kim in Santa Clara County Superior Court. Kim alleges he was fired after pushing for stronger safety testing on the Grok AI chatbot, citing risks of misinformation and bias. He seeks compensatory and punitive damages, attorney fees, and forfeited equity. Yet investor sentiment remains upbeat. Oppenheimer initiated coverage of SpaceX with an outperform rating and a $190 price target, above the IPO price of $135.
