Binance said it will stop processing transactions involving a list of crypto asset service providers and platforms, citing recent changes in regulatory requirements. The restrictions will take effect in three stages: Aug. 7, Aug. 13, and Aug. 23. Entities named by the exchange include Shelbit, Aban Tether Exchange, A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, PilotFinance, Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, Exnode Pay, HTX (Huobi Global SA), and EXMO. Binance also warned users not to send assets to, receive assets from, or conduct other transactions with those entities, either directly or indirectly. It said such activity may trigger additional compliance reviews, and wallets could face restrictions during the review period. The exchange added that related activity may also involve violations of its Terms of Use, according to ChainCatcher.

A second batch will take effect on Aug. 13, covering A7 Nigeria, A7 Africa, and PilotFinance.
A third batch will take effect on Aug. 23. The platforms listed for that date are Rapira, Aifory Pro, ABCeX, WhiteBird, NoOnecrypto, Tradex, Monease, BitPapa, Exnode, Exnode Pay, HTX (Huobi Global SA), and EXMO.

Binance said users should avoid sending assets to, receiving assets from, or carrying out other transactions with the entities named above, whether directly or indirectly.
The exchange added that related transactions may be subject to additional compliance checks. During that review period, wallets may be restricted. It also said such activity may involve breaches of Binance’s Terms of Use.
