On January 12, BingX, a leading cryptocurrency exchange and Web3 AI company, announced the expansion of its TradFi perpetual futures copy trading offering to include the Silver (SILVER) trading pair. This makes silver the second precious metal supported on the platform, following the earlier introduction of Gold (GOLD) copy trading.

The addition of silver further diversifies BingX's copy trading ecosystem, enabling users to access precious metals markets directly within the BingX TradFi framework. The platform already supports a broad range of traditional asset classes, and this update integrates precious metals more deeply into its copy trading infrastructure.

Product Logic and User Strategies

Copy trading allows users to replicate the opening and closing positions of professional traders. BingX's TradFi suite offers deep liquidity, flexible leverage options, and a unified trading interface for such strategies. With the addition of silver perpetual futures, users can simultaneously engage with digital assets and traditional commodities without switching platforms or accounts.

“Expanding perpetual futures copy trading to include gold and silver reflects our ongoing commitment to product depth and user choice,” said Vivien Lin, Chief Product Officer at BingX. “As the pioneer of crypto-native copy trading, we are continuing to drive innovation and create new opportunities in our copy trading suite by expanding the offering with TradFi assets. With these additions, we aim to help users capture more market opportunities while leveraging proven trading strategies.”

Founded in 2018, BingX serves a global community of over 40 million users with an AI-powered product suite covering derivatives, spot trading, and copy trading. In 2024, the platform became the official crypto exchange partner of Chelsea Football Club.

The launch of silver extends BingX's approach of merging traditional financial assets with crypto infrastructure. For users seeking diversified exposure between commodities and digital assets, silver perpetual futures copy trading offers a low-barrier entry point. However, perpetual futures carry inherent leverage risks, and copy trading requires careful evaluation of signal providers' historical performance and drawdown control.
