The cryptocurrency market showed a mixed performance over the past 24 hours, with major tokens moving in different directions while a group of altcoins delivered outsized gains. The divergence suggests traders were rotating capital away from some large-cap assets and toward tokens showing stronger short-term momentum.

Among the largest cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin (BTC) fell 0.5% to $65,782.52. Even with the decline, BTC remained the market’s dominant asset, posting more than $25 billion in daily trading volume and maintaining a market capitalization above $1.31 trillion. XRP also moved lower, slipping 0.9% to $1.22, while generating over $1.75 billion in trading volume and holding a valuation above $75 billion.

Ethereum (ETH) stood out among blue-chip tokens with a 0.9% gain to $1,792.41. Elsewhere, BNB dropped 1.4% to $605.13, TRON (TRX) eased 0.1% to $0.3172, and Solana (SOL) was unchanged at $73.63. Taken together, the price action pointed to a market lacking broad directional conviction at the top end.

Hyperliquid Outperforms Large-Cap Peers

Hyperliquid (HYPE) was one of the strongest performers among major crypto assets, rising 7.9% to $75.15. The token also recorded more than $2.27 billion in daily trading volume and reached an approximate market capitalization of $16.7 billion. Its move underscored growing interest in assets combining strong price action with deep trading activity.

Altcoins Post Sharper Advances

Beyond the majors, several smaller tokens posted far bigger gains. TRIA led the rally, jumping 43.2% to $0.03249 on trading volume above $14 million. LAB climbed 37.8% to $13.74, while wojak (WOJAK) advanced 36.7%. Bedrock (BR) added 36.2%, PUMPCADE rose 33.3%, and SQD gained 32.8%. Uniswap (UNI) also joined the advance, rising 23.4% to $3.58 with nearly $768 million in trading volume.

Overall, the latest session reflected a selective market rather than a broad-based rally. Bitcoin, XRP, BNB, and TRX ended lower, Ethereum posted a modest gain, and Hyperliquid together with several altcoins captured the strongest upside. The pattern indicates that, even as large-cap assets traded sideways or weakened, market participants continued to seek higher-return opportunities in faster-moving tokens.
