What BIP-110 would do

How upgraded and non-upgraded nodes would behave

If the current level of signaling remains in place through block 961632, nodes enforcing BIP-110 would reject blocks that do not signal version bit 4 and would follow the minority chain that does signal.

Nodes that have not upgraded would continue to accept both signaling and non-signaling blocks, and would follow the chain with the greatest cumulative proof of work.
