Bitcoin ETF inflows climbed to a new high for 2026 in August, according to data cited by PANews. CryptoRank.io said net monthly inflows into Bitcoin ETFs had reached $2.72 billion so far this month. Of that total, $1.92 billion came in during the most recent week alone, putting the weekly figure close to April’s full-month total of $1.97 billion, which had previously marked the yearly peak. Separate monitoring from Arkham showed BlackRock clients were also aggressive buyers last week. The data indicated net Bitcoin purchases of $1.33 billion over the week, the largest weekly net buy since Bitcoin’s all-time high on Oct. 6, 2025. Arkham also said BlackRock clients added to their holdings for seven straight days. Since the July 1 low, BlackRock has accumulated a net $2.17 billion worth of Bitcoin, with more than half of that total concentrated in the past week, according to the tracking data.

Bitcoin ETF net inflows reached $2.72 billion in August so far, the highest monthly total of 2026, according to CryptoRank.io data cited by PANews on Aug. 26. Last week alone accounted for $1.92 billion in inflows, bringing the weekly figure close to April’s full-month total of $1.97 billion, which had been the previous yearly peak.

Arkham monitoring also showed that BlackRock clients were net buyers of $1.33 billion in Bitcoin last week. That was the biggest weekly net purchase since Bitcoin’s all-time high on Oct. 6, 2025. The data also showed seven consecutive days of accumulation.

Since the July 1 low, BlackRock has recorded cumulative net Bitcoin purchases of $2.17 billion, with more than half of that amount concentrated in the past week.
