Bitcoin exchange-traded funds (ETFs) recorded a total net inflow of $331.90 million on April 22, marking a single-day high in recent weeks. BlackRock's IBIT ETF led the pack with $246.86 million in inflows, while Fidelity's FBTC came in second with $56.69 million. Bitwise BITB and Ark ARKB added $15.43 million and $11.91 million, respectively. Morgan Stanley's MSBT ETF contributed $11.31 million, and WisdomTree's BTCW ETF gained $6.26 million.

Grayscale GBTC Continues Outflows

In contrast, Grayscale's GBTC experienced an outflow of $16.56 million, extending its trend of capital exodus since the conversion. Other ETFs, including those from Invesco, Franklin, Valkyrie, VanEck, and Grayscale Mini, reported no net flow changes.

Institutional Allocation Accelerates, ETF Competition Heats Up

As institutional clients increase digital asset allocations, Bitcoin ETF leaders are solidifying their dominance. BlackRock's IBIT has amassed cumulative net inflows far exceeding peers, leveraging traditional finance distribution networks. Fidelity FBTC and Bitwise BITB trail behind, while Grayscale GBTC faces persistent pressure due to higher fees.

Analysts note that the total AUM of U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs has surpassed $100 billion, serving as a critical bridge between traditional finance and crypto. The latest inflows may be driven by short-term BTC price rebounds and optimism around the halving's impact.

While some institutions diversify through niche ETFs like MSBT and BTCW, BlackRock and Fidelity remain the dominant players in this rapidly maturing market.
