Crypto exchange-traded funds capped the week of April 18, 2026, with a decisive rally, led by a massive $663.91 million inflow into Bitcoin ETFs that pushed total net assets back above the $100 billion milestone, closing at $101.45 billion. The buying was broad-based, with no outflows recorded across nine funds.
Bitcoin ETFs: Nine Funds Report Inflows, BlackRock IBIT Leads
BlackRock’s IBIT saw the largest daily inflow at $283.99 million, followed by Fidelity FBTC with $163.42 million, and Ark & 21Shares ARKB with $117.90 million. Other contributors included Bitwise BITB ($38.22 million), Grayscale Bitcoin Mini Trust ($29.12 million), Morgan Stanley MSBT ($16.63 million), VanEck HODL ($6.56 million), Grayscale GBTC ($4.22 million), and Invesco BTCO ($3.86 million). Trading volume surged to $4.80 billion, underscoring strong institutional participation. ETF analyst Eric Balchunas noted that IBIT has been up “nearly every single day in the last 3 weeks,” representing a 19% gain.
Ether ETFs: Seven Straight Days of Inflows
Ether ETFs added $127.49 million, marking a seventh consecutive day of net inflows. Fidelity FETH led with $84.13 million, while BlackRock ETHA contributed $30.51 million. Grayscale Ether Mini Trust and 21Shares TETH added $5.76 million and $3.64 million, respectively. Additional inflows came from Bitwise ETHW ($1.91 million) and BlackRock ETHB ($1.25 million). No outflows were recorded. Trading volume reached $1.08 billion, and net assets climbed to $14.26 billion.
XRP & Solana ETFs: Steady Growth Expands Participation
XRP ETFs posted a net inflow of $13.74 million, led by Bitwise XRP ($10.81 million) and Franklin XRPZ ($3.23 million). A minor outflow of $289,840 from 21Shares TOXR did little to offset the positive trend. Trading volume stood at $21.72 million, with net assets reaching $1.11 billion. Solana ETFs notched a fourth consecutive day of inflows, adding $13.04 million. Bitwise BSOL contributed $10.92 million, and Fidelity FSOL added $2.11 million. Trading volume hit $41.36 million, and net assets closed at $902.65 million.
The pattern is clear: capital is returning with breadth. Bitcoin remains the anchor, Ether is building consistency, and altcoin ETFs are gaining confidence. The market closed the week with gains across all four major crypto asset ETFs.
