Bitcoin moved back above $65,000 on Monday, setting the pace for a broad rebound across the crypto market. BTC rose 2.4% to $65,750.93, pushing its market capitalization back above $1.31 trillion. Buying interest returned across the sector, and the gains were not limited to Bitcoin alone.
Large-cap tokens join the recovery, with SOL and HYPE leading
Ethereum posted a slightly stronger move than Bitcoin, climbing 2.7% to $1,719.82 while generating more than $9.9 billion in daily trading volume. XRP also outperformed BTC on the day, rising 3.2% to $1.18 as trading activity approached $1.5 billion. The session showed that traders were adding exposure beyond Bitcoin while still staying within established large-cap assets.
Among major cryptocurrencies, Solana ranked among the stronger performers. SOL advanced 4.7% to $71.24, backed by nearly $1.9 billion in volume. Hyperliquid delivered an even larger move, gaining 8.7% to $65.14 with almost $798 million in daily turnover. Its market capitalization also moved above $14.4 billion, placing HYPE among the day’s best-performing major tokens.
Other large names also traded higher, though with smaller gains. BNB added 1.0% to $616.41, TRON (TRX) rose 1.3% to $0.3198, and Dogecoin (DOGE) gained 1.3% to $0.08849.
Smaller tokens post much larger percentage moves
Outside the top-tier assets, several lower-cap tokens recorded outsized gains over the past 24 hours. Chunking (SN40) led the field, surging 379.8% to $4.17 with more than $3.7 million in trading volume. Asteroid Shiba (ASTEROID) climbed 83.0% to $0.0001109, while DeepNode (DN) rose 64.3% to $0.8979.
Other strong movers included Yei Finance (CLO), up 41.5% to $0.2589, and Kintara (KINS), which gained 40.0% to $0.01421. Jelly-My-Jelly (JELLYJELLY) rose 39.6% to $0.08841, Backpack (BP) increased 28.5% to $0.4702, Banana For Scale (BANANAS31) added 26.0% to $0.01068, and USD.AI (CHIP) climbed 25.7% to $0.04252.
The rebound was broad rather than isolated. Bitcoin’s move above $65,000 acted as the anchor, but Ethereum, XRP, Solana, and Hyperliquid all posted larger percentage gains, while smaller tokens saw even sharper advances across the daily leaderboard.
