Crypto prices moved higher again in the latest trading session, with Bitcoin (BTC) climbing to $71,723.01, up 4.6% on the day. BTC remained the market leader as trading volume topped $55.26 billion, pointing to sustained buying activity during the rally.
Ethereum (ETH) also posted a strong move, rising 7.1% to $2,249.75. Its trading volume reached $24.74 billion, while XRP added 5.1% to trade at $1.38. BNB gained 2.6% to $613.56, Solana (SOL) advanced 6.0% to $84.41, and Cardano (ADA) climbed 7.2% to $0.261.
Mid-cap and smaller tokens added to the advance
The rally was not limited to the largest assets. Dogecoin (DOGE) rose 4.3% to $0.09455, while TRON (TRX) edged up 0.1% to $0.3159. Price action in smaller tokens was much stronger, with several names recording sharp double-digit gains.
Luxxcoin (LUX) jumped 83.3%, and JOE (JOE) followed with an 83.0% gain. Layer3 (L3) rose 55.5%. Open Campus (EDU) and Not in Employment, Education, or Training (NEET) each added 25.9%, while Apertum (APTM) gained 25.2% and Orderly (ORDER) rose 24.8%.
Zcash stood out among established names
Zcash (ZEC) was one of the stronger performers among more established tokens, rising more than 21%. Its bridged version on Solana showed a similar move. The combination of higher prices and expanding trading activity showed that capital was spreading beyond Bitcoin and Ethereum into a wider range of crypto assets.
Bitcoin remained at the center of the market move, but altcoin participation was clearly broader in this session. Large-cap tokens moved up together, and lower-cap assets delivered the sharpest gains, extending the rally across multiple segments of the market.
