Bitget Chinese-language market head Xie Jiayin said on Sept. 28 during a livestream titled "Bitget Incident Review" that the exchange would resume withdrawals in stages, starting with Bitcoin network withdrawals at 16:00 Beijing time the same day. He said the platform plans to restore withdrawals for all tokens across the exchange by Friday. Xie also said withdrawal access would open at the same time for regular users, KOLs, and VIP clients, and that there would be no special priority arrangements for any group. According to an earlier notice referenced in the update, ETH withdrawals across Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, and Optimism are scheduled for Sept. 29 at 16:00, while USDT withdrawals on Ethereum, BSC, Solana, and Tron are set for Sept. 30 at 16:00. Other tokens, fiat, and P2P services are scheduled to reopen on Oct. 2 at 16:00.

  • Sept. 29, 16:00: ETH (Ethereum, BSC, Arbitrum, Base, Optimism)
  • Sept. 30, 16:00: USDT (Ethereum, BSC, Solana, Tron)
  • Oct. 2, 16:00: other tokens, fiat, and P2P
