Cryptocurrency exchange BitMart has officially launched Sentio ($ST) Premarket Trading, offering users a strategic entry point before the token's spot market debut. The event introduces a Pre-Market Minting mechanism, where participants can stake USDT to mint PreTokens that are pegged to the ecosystem.
Key Dates
The structured event follows a clear timeline:
- Minting Start: March 3, 2026, 07:00 AM UTC
- Premarket Trading Commencement: March 4, 2026, 07:00 AM UTC
Users can stake USDT to mint Points, which are tradable PreTokens before official settlement. The maximum supply of ST Points is confirmed at 1,000,000,000, while the final max supply of $ST tokens is yet to be determined. Delivery schedule and the official Sentio listing date will be announced separately.
How It Works
This mechanism enables early price discovery before spot markets open. The process involves:
- Staking USDT on the BitMart premarket page to mint PreTokens in the ST/USDT trading pair.
- Trading these PreTokens freely on the premarket pair until the snapshot before spot listing.
- Depositing official project tokens during the settlement phase. After successful settlement, locked USDT is returned and PreTokens convert to official $ST tokens at the confirmed Points-to-Token ratio.
- Penalties apply to participants who fail to settle.
Once the final token supply is confirmed, completed Points orders will migrate into ST Premarket Trading, with conversion following the official ratio.
Price Expectations
As Sentio’s token price is not yet established, market speculation suggests a premarket trading range of $0.05 – $0.12, driven by the favorable mid-cycle crypto environment and strong infrastructure narrative. Medium-term targets of $0.15 – $0.25 are possible if adoption accelerates post-listing. However, extreme volatility is expected during the $ST pre-TGE phase, with actual prices depending on confirmed tokenomics and circulating supply at launch.
Risk Considerations
While BitMart's premarket mechanism rewards early positioning, participants should be aware of settlement risks and potential delivery delays if the TGE is postponed. The exchange will announce the spot listing and final settlement schedules separately. Investors are advised to conduct thorough due diligence and assess their risk tolerance.
