BitMEX announced the 2026 Trading Cup competition with a $200K USDT prize pool, running from June 11 to July 20, 2026. Four reward categories include team championship, assist bonus, referral rewards, and a lucky draw for an iPhone 17.

BitMEX, the crypto derivatives exchange, officially launched its 2026 Trading Cup on July 24, 2026, featuring a total prize pool of 200,000 USDT plus additional physical rewards. The competition runs from June 11, 2026, 12:00 UTC to July 20, 2026, 11:59 UTC, with open enrollment throughout the period.

The event offers four distinct reward categories:

Championship: Team-Based Battle

Participants are split into two teams based on account IDs. By reaching specific trading volume tiers, teams compete for shares of the $200K pool. Higher collective volume unlocks a larger portion of the prize.

Assist Bonus: Deposit and Trade for Points

Traders who deposit at least $100 and generate $10,000 in trading volume can earn up to $15 in extra trading credits. This reward aims to incentivize both funding and active trading.

Team Growth Award: Referral Cash

Each participant can invite up to 10 friends. If an invitee completes any trade within 14 days of registration, the inviter receives $5. The more friends trade, the bigger the referral bonus.

Lucky Draw: Trade 14 Consecutive Days for iPhone 17

Users who maintain a daily trading volume of at least $500 for 14 consecutive days during the event are entered into a lucky draw for one iPhone 17. Any break in the streak disqualifies the user, requiring a fresh start.

All participants must complete full KYC verification on BitMEX. Rewards follow the official rules detailed on the exchange's website.

BitMEX claims to be a pioneer in crypto derivatives, emphasizing low-latency infrastructure, deep native liquidity, and an unblemished security record — having never lost user funds to hacks or intrusions. The exchange publishes proof-of-reserves and proof-of-liabilities data twice weekly to demonstrate segregated custody.

The Trading Cup is the latest in a series of competitive events from BitMEX, following earlier initiatives such as the Trading Circuit and the 24/7 TradFi campaign, each offering tens to hundreds of thousands of dollars in prizes.
