Bitmine Immersion Technologies said it purchased another 35,268 ETH over the past week, pushing its total Ethereum holdings to 4,203,036 ETH. In its latest filing, the company said that as of January 19, 2026, total assets had reached $14.5 billion, including crypto assets, cash, and strategic investments described as Moonshots.

The breakdown includes 4,203,036 ETH, 193 BTC, and $979 million in cash. Based on current supply figures cited by the company, Bitmine’s ETH position accounts for about 3.48% of global circulating supply. The company described itself as the world’s largest Ethereum treasury firm.

Staked ETH climbs to 1.838 million

Bitmine is also scaling up its staking operation. The company said it has now staked 1,838,003 ETH, with an estimated value of about $5.9 billion at current prices. Over the past week alone, staked ETH increased by 581,920 ETH. That shows the firm is not only accumulating Ethereum on balance sheet, but also putting a large share of those holdings to work on-chain.

According to the announcement, Bitmine is working with three staking providers while developing its own MAVAN project, short for Made in America Validator Network. The company expects MAVAN to enter commercial operation in 2026, with a focus on security and scale for enterprise-grade Ethereum staking infrastructure.

Company estimates $374 million in annual staking income

Bitmine also outlined a revenue scenario tied to staking yield. Using a current Composite Ether Staking Rate, or CESR, of about 2.81%, the company said staking its full ETH position could generate roughly $374 million in annualized staking revenue. That would translate into more than $1 million in daily cash flow.

Shareholders approve all four proposals

On the governance side, Bitmine said shareholders approved all four proposals at a vote held on January 15, 2026. Proposal No. 2, which sought authorization to increase the number of shares available for issuance, received support from 81% of votes cast, equal to 52.2% of all outstanding shares.

Chairman Tom Lee said the outcome showed shareholders supported the company’s capital allocation strategy centered on “accretive ETH accumulation.” He also said Bitmine would not issue stock below its crypto net asset value, or mNAV.
