Bitmine Immersion Technologies said it acquired 52,203 ETH over the past week, pushing its combined holdings of crypto, cash, securities, and equity investments to $10.7 billion as of June 21, 2026. Using an ETH price of $1,733, the company said its total Ethereum position now stands at 5,672,956 ETH, worth about $9.8 billion.

Ethereum now accounts for a sizable share of supply

According to the company, its ETH holdings represent 4.7% of total Ethereum supply, based on an estimated 120.7 million coins. Bitmine also reported holding 205 Bitcoin, along with a $180 million stake in Beast Industries and a $104 million stake in Eightco Holdings. As of 3:00 p.m. ET on June 21, it held $601 million in cash and marketable securities.

Chairman Tom Lee said Bitmine has kept up a steady pace of crypto accumulation through 2026. The latest update adds to that pattern. It also reinforces the company’s focus on Ethereum as the core asset inside its treasury strategy.

More than 83% of holdings are staked

Bitmine said 4,718,677 ETH are currently staked, with those staked holdings valued at roughly $8.2 billion. That means more than 83% of the company’s Ethereum is already committed to staking.

Lee said Bitmine’s staking operations produced a 2.73% seven-day yield. Based on that figure, the company estimated annualized staking revenue of about $223 million. He added that projected annualized staking rewards could rise to $268 million once all eligible ETH is fully staked through MAVAN and the company’s staking partners.

MAVAN launch and preferred stock offering

Bitmine recently launched MAVAN, short for Made in American VAlidator Network. The platform was initially built to support the company’s Ethereum treasury operations. Earlier this month, Bitmine also closed an offering of 3.5 million shares of its 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock.

The company said net proceeds from that deal came to roughly $273.8 million after expenses and underwriting costs. The preferred shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BMNP, and the terms of the offering call for weekly dividend payments. Bitmine said its crypto treasury is now the largest Ethereum treasury in the world and the second-largest digital asset treasury overall, behind Strategy Inc.’s Bitcoin holdings.
