Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE: BMNR) said on July 13 that it purchased another 27,801 ETH over the past week, pushing its total Ethereum holdings to 5,770,038 ETH as of July 12.

According to the company’s update, that stockpile now accounts for 4.8% of Ethereum’s total supply of about 120.7 million ETH. Bitmine said the latest purchase continues the steady accumulation pace it has maintained since the start of 2026 and keeps it on track for its stated “Alchemy of 5%” goal by the end of 2026.
Assets top $11.3 billion
Using Coinbase’s quoted price of $1,820 per ETH at the time, Bitmine said its total asset base has moved above $11.3 billion. The figure includes crypto holdings, cash, marketable securities and assets it labels as “Moonshots.”
The company said those reserves include $482 million in cash and marketable securities, 206 BTC, and an equity stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS) valued at $69 million.
More than 4.9 million ETH are staked
Bitmine said it is also staking a large share of its Ethereum through its in-house institutional platform, MAVAN, short for Made in America Validator Network.
The company said 4,917,189 ETH are currently staked, with the position valued at nearly $9 billion. It put the current seven-day annualized yield at about 2.70% and said annual passive cash flow could reach as much as $284 million once all of its ETH holdings are fully staked.
BlockTempo described Bitmine as the world’s largest Ethereum treasury. It also said the company ranks second among corporate crypto treasuries globally, behind Strategy, formerly MicroStrategy.
Russell 1000 inclusion and BMNP listing
Bitmine said it was added to the Russell 1000 large-cap index on June 26. The company said the inclusion is expected to draw passive fund buying.
It also said its Series A perpetual preferred stock is now listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker BMNP, with a 9.50% dividend yield.
Tom Lee points to Robinhood Chain activity
Chairman Tom Lee said the Robinhood Chain layer-2 mainnet, built on Arbitrum, went live on July 1 and has seen trading volume exceed that of other decentralized exchanges.
Lee added that more than 27 million Robinhood users are paying fees in ETH as the native gas token, and said this strengthens Ethereum’s role as money and supports the long-term value of Bitmine’s holdings.
