BitMine reports $15.8 billion in assets, with ETH holdings nearing 5% of supply
Ethereum treasury company BitMine (BMNR) said its total assets stood at $15.8 billion as of Sept. 13, 2026, according to the latest figures released by the company.

The disclosed holdings include 5,956,378 ETH, 212 Bitcoin (BTC), $98 million in Eightco Holdings shares (ORBS), $180 million in Beast Industries equity, and $549 million in cash and marketable securities.
Ethereum remains the core asset on BitMine’s balance sheet. The company said its ETH position now accounts for 4.9% of the network’s circulating supply, with more than 85% of those holdings committed to staking through its validator nodes to earn yield.
Over the past week, BitMine bought another 27,180 ETH. The company said it has completed 98% of its “5% alchemy” goal in just 15 months and expects to reach the 5% target this year.
Tom Lee says ETH/BTC has broken a long-term downtrend line
BitMine Chairman Tom Lee said the Ethereum-to-Bitcoin ratio, or ETH/BTC, has climbed to its highest level since Jan. 30, 2026 and moved above a long-term downtrend line. He also said the four-year cycle will bottom in the coming weeks.
Tom DeMark, founder of technical analysis firm DeMark Analytics, said Ethereum’s August technical indicators showed consolidation had been completed and that the upward trend was expected to continue.

The report said an upcoming vote on the CLARITY Act, a shift by South Korean investment capital toward digital assets, and the formation of a four-year cycle bottom were seen as potential positives. It also said Wall Street’s push into tokenization and blockchain applications tied to artificial intelligence could support Ethereum’s long-term share of market value.
Lee is set to speak at Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul
Lee has recently said several times that South Korean investors have resumed buying cryptocurrencies while selling artificial intelligence stocks. He is also scheduled to attend Korea Blockchain Week in Seoul at the end of September and deliver a keynote speech.
ABMedia noted that BMNR had previously been one of the stocks heavily chased by South Korean investors. With the crypto market still not out of its trough this year, Lee’s return to Seoul is drawing attention, though whether it will trigger another wave of interest remains to be seen.
$4 billion repurchase plan lifts BMNR from $13 to above $25
BitMine formally launched a $4 billion stock buyback program in early July. According to the report, the move has pushed BMNR from $13 to above $25.
