LAS VEGAS, Dec. 22, 2025 — Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE AMERICAN: BMNR) disclosed total crypto, cash, and “moonshots” holdings of $13.2 billion. As of 3:00 p.m. ET on December 21, the company held 4,066,062 ETH, valued at $2,991 each on Coinbase, representing 3.37% of Ethereum's total supply (120.7 million ETH). Bitmine also owns 193 BTC, a $32 million stake in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS), and $1.0 billion in cash.
Global Ethereum Treasury Leader
Bitmine now ranks as the largest Ethereum treasury worldwide and the second-largest corporate crypto treasury globally, behind Strategy Inc. (MSTR, holding 671,268 BTC worth $59 billion). Annual Meeting and MAVAN Staking
Bitmine will hold its annual stockholders meeting at the Wynn Las Vegas on January 15, 2026. Agenda items include electing eight directors, approving a charter amendment to increase authorized common shares, adopting the 2025 Omnibus Incentive Plan, and a non-binding advisory vote on the executive chairman's performance-based compensation. Lee also revealed progress on the company's staking solution, the Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN), described as a “best-in-class” secure staking infrastructure slated for early 2026 deployment.

According to Fundstrat data, BMNR stock averaged $1.7 billion in daily dollar volume over the trailing five trading days, ranking 66th among 5,704 US-listed stocks, ahead of Chevron (67th) and behind Wells Fargo (65th).
