Bitmine Immersion Technologies (NYSE American: BMNR) announced the launch of its self-developed Made in America Validator Network (MAVAN) on Wednesday, which instantly became the world's largest Ethereum staking platform by holding over 3.14 million ETH, valued at approximately $6.8 billion.

MAVAN Core Metrics and Operating Model

According to the official release, MAVAN launched with 3,142,643 ETH, valued at roughly $6.8 billion based on the ETH price of $2,148 as of 5:00 PM ET on March 24, 2026. In the week prior to launch, Bitmine transferred an additional 101,776 ETH (about $219 million) to MAVAN and indicated it would migrate nearly all of its remaining unstaked ETH to the network in the coming weeks. Based on a recent seven-day yield of 2.83%, Bitmine expects MAVAN to generate nearly $300 million in annual staking rewards, transforming the platform into a significant revenue engine rather than a passive balance sheet asset.

MAVAN runs on validator nodes located in the United States to meet institutional demand for onshore infrastructure, while also incorporating a globally distributed architecture to ensure resilience and performance. In addition to its own capital, Bitmine will open MAVAN to other institutional clients. Custodians, exchanges, and ecosystem partners can stake ETH directly on the network or utilize white-label services. The company has already begun accepting inquiries.

Strategic Vision: '5% Alchemy' and Multi-Chain Expansion

The launch represents the fourth pillar of Bitmine's broader strategy to accumulate and hold approximately 5% of the total ETH supply, a framework the company calls '5% Alchemy'. This long-term play targets institutions and public market investors seeking exposure to Ethereum. Tom Lee, Chairman of Bitmine and Head of Research at Fundstrat Global Advisors, stated that MAVAN marks a critical step toward building a leading global staking and on-chain infrastructure platform. He revealed plans to expand to more proof-of-stake (PoS) networks by 2026, along with developing on-chain treasuries and post-quantum security client features. MAVAN's design goes beyond Ethereum—Bitmine intends to progressively support multiple PoS chains and build a broader suite of blockchain infrastructure services.

Institutional Backing and Regulatory Compliance

Bitmine's institutional investors include Ark Invest, Founders Fund, Pantera Capital, Galaxy Digital, DCG, Kraken, and Bill Miller III. The company filed an 8-K with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) under Regulation FD Section 7.01 on March 25, 2026, ensuring regulatory transparency. Originally a U.S.-based Bitcoin miner, Bitmine has pivoted to Ethereum accumulation as its core corporate strategy. MAVAN serves as the operational layer that converts holdings into a recurring revenue infrastructure business while simultaneously contributing to network security.

All projections regarding staking rewards, ETH migration timelines, and platform expansions are forward-looking statements. In its latest 10-K filing dated November 21, 2025, Bitmine identified revenue volatility, customer adoption rates, regulatory environment, and cryptocurrency market risks as key factors.
