Bitmine says it now holds 4.8 million ETH, equal to 3.98% of Ethereum’s circulating supply, after adding 71,252 ETH in a week. The firm also expanded staking operations, reported $11.4 billion in total holdings, and confirmed its NYSE listing plans.

Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its total crypto, cash, and “moonshot” holdings have reached $11.4 billion, driven largely by aggressive Ethereum accumulation and a broader staking push. The company disclosed that it now holds 4,803,334 ETH, giving it control of about 3.98% of Ethereum’s circulating supply. Based on its own framework, Bitmine said it has completed roughly 79% of its “Alchemy of 5%” target.

Weekly Buying Streak Accelerates

Over the past week, Bitmine added 71,252 ETH, marking what the company described as its fastest weekly accumulation pace since December 2025. The latest purchase also extends a period of elevated buying activity to four consecutive weeks. Using the referenced ETH price of $2,123, the firm’s position now sits just shy of the 4% threshold of circulating supply.

Beyond Ethereum, Bitmine reported $864 million in cash reserves. It also disclosed a $200 million stake in Beast Industries and a $92 million position in Eightco Holdings. In addition, the firm said part of its portfolio has exposure to OpenAI-linked developments through ORBS equity, suggesting that its balance sheet strategy extends beyond pure crypto accumulation.

Staking Expands as Core Revenue Layer

Alongside treasury growth, Bitmine continues to scale its staking infrastructure. As of April 6, 2026, the company said it had 3,334,637 ETH staked, representing about $7.1 billion of value. That means approximately 69% of its Ethereum holdings are currently deployed in staking operations.

Chairman Tom Lee said Bitmine has staked more Ethereum than any other entity globally. At current levels, the company estimates annualized staking revenue at around $196 million. If its MAVAN infrastructure reaches full operating scale, projected annual rewards could rise to $282 million. Those estimates are based on a 2.78% seven-day BMNR yield and a 2.74% composite staking rate.

NYSE Move Strengthens Market Profile

Bitmine also confirmed its transition to the New York Stock Exchange. Trading on NYSE American will end after the close on April 8, 2026, and the company is scheduled to begin trading on the NYSE under ticker BMNR on April 9. The move is expected to improve its visibility in traditional capital markets.

Within the digital asset treasury space, Bitmine said it is now the largest corporate holder of Ethereum. In overall digital asset treasury scale, it trails only Strategy Inc., the company associated with Michael Saylor. With continued ETH accumulation, a growing staking base, and a planned NYSE debut, Bitmine is reinforcing its role as one of the most prominent institutional Ethereum treasury players in the market.
