Bitmine Immersion Technologies said that as of 7:00 p.m. ET on January 11, 2026, it held 4,167,768 ETH. Using the Coinbase reference price of $3,119 per ETH cited in the release, the company said its combined crypto holdings, cash position and “moonshots” investments totaled $14.0 billion. That figure includes 193 BTC, a roughly $23 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and $988 million in cash.

The company said its ETH position now represents 3.45% of the 120.7 million ETH supply. Bitmine also said it bought 24,266 ETH over the past week while increasing its cash balance by $73 million. Chairman Tom Lee called Bitmine the world’s largest buyer of ETH using “fresh money” and urged stockholders to vote in favor of proposal No. 2 at the upcoming annual meeting, which would raise the number of authorized shares.

Staked ETH climbs past 1.25 million

Bitmine updated its staking figures as well. The company said total staked ETH stood at 1,256,083 as of January 11, 2026, equal to about $3.9 billion at the same ETH price. That was an increase of 596,864 ETH from the prior week. The release cited a 2.81% CESR, or composite Ethereum staking rate, administered by Quatrefoil.

On infrastructure, Bitmine said it is working with three staking providers while preparing MAVAN, short for Made in America VAlidator Network, for commercial launch in Q1 2026. Lee said that if Bitmine’s ETH is fully staked through MAVAN and partner providers, annual staking fees could reach $374 million using the 2.81% CESR, or more than $1 million per day.

Annual meeting set for January 15 in Las Vegas

Bitmine said its annual stockholder meeting will be held at Wynn Las Vegas on January 15, 2026, from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. PST. Agenda items include electing eight directors, voting on the charter amendment to increase authorized common shares, approving the 2025 Omnibus Incentive Plan, and holding an advisory vote on performance-based compensation for the executive chairman.

The company said its charter requires support from 50.1% of all outstanding shares for an authorized share increase, which it described as a high threshold. Bitmine added that its current authorization stands at 500 million shares, and said ETH accumulation would slow if that capacity is exhausted. Separately, citing Fundstrat data, the company said BMNR averaged about $1.3 billion in daily dollar trading volume over the five days ended January 9, 2026, ranking No. 67 among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks.
