Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its crypto holdings, cash and “moonshots” investments totaled $11.4 billion as of 8:30 p.m. ET on April 5, 2026. The company disclosed holdings of 4,803,334 ETH, valued at $2,123 per token, alongside 198 BTC, $864 million in cash, a $200 million stake in Beast Industries and a $92 million position in Eightco Holdings (NASDAQ: ORBS).

Using the company’s figures, the ETH position accounts for 3.98% of the total 120.7 million ETH supply. Bitmine described itself as the largest Ethereum treasury in the world and the second-largest global crypto treasury, behind Strategy Inc. (NASDAQ: MSTR), which the release said holds 762,099 BTC valued at about $51 billion.

NYSE uplisting set for April 9

Bitmine also said it has been approved to uplist from NYSE American to the New York Stock Exchange. Trading in the company’s common stock on NYSE American will end after the market closes on April 8, 2026, and trading on the NYSE will begin at the open on April 9, 2026. The ticker will remain BMNR.

The company highlighted its stock liquidity as part of the announcement. Citing Fundstrat data, Bitmine said BMNR posted an average daily dollar volume of $987 million over four trading days through April 2, 2026, ranking No. 96 among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks, behind Schlumberger and ahead of Adobe. Bitmine said it leads crypto treasury peers in the pace of increasing crypto NAV per share and in trading liquidity.

MAVAN launch comes with 3.33 million ETH already staked

Bitmine separately announced the official launch of MAVAN, short for Made in American VAlidator Network, an institutional-grade staking platform. The company said the platform was initially developed to support its own Ethereum treasury and is intended to expand toward institutional investors, custodians and ecosystem partners. A portion of Bitmine’s ETH has already been staked through MAVAN.

As of April 6, 2026, total staked ETH stood at 3,334,637, equal to about $7.1 billion at the stated ETH price. That is roughly 69% of Bitmine’s total ETH holdings. Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee said annual staking rewards could reach $282 million if all company ETH is staked through MAVAN and its partners, using a 2.78% 7-day BMNR yield. Current annualized staking revenue was put at $196 million. The release also cited the CESR, administered by Quatrefoil, at 2.74%.

71,252 ETH bought in the latest week

Lee said Bitmine has kept up a faster pace of ETH purchases for each of the last four weeks. In the most recent week, the company acquired 71,252 ETH, which he described as the fastest buying pace since the week of December 22, 2025. He also tied market performance to the Iran war, saying ETH had gained 6.8% since the conflict began, outperforming the S&P 500 by 1,130 basis points and gold by 1,840 basis points.

Bitmine said it remains backed by institutional and individual investors including ARK’s Cathie Wood, MOZAYYX, Founders Fund, Bill Miller III, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital and Tom Lee. The company said that support aligns with its goal of acquiring 5% of ETH. It also pointed to its $92 million ORBS stake, describing itself as one of the few publicly listed stocks offering direct exposure to OpenAI.
