Bitmine Immersion Technologies said that as of 6:00 p.m. ET on June 14, 2026, its combined crypto holdings, cash, marketable securities, and “moonshots” were worth $10.4 billion. The company said it held 5,620,754 ETH, valued at $1,718 per token based on the price reference cited in the release, representing 4.66% of Ethereum’s stated 120.7 million supply.
ETH dominates the treasury, with BTC and equity stakes also on the books
Alongside its ETH position, Bitmine disclosed holdings of 204 BTC, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and an $88 million stake in Eightco Holdings. The company also listed $502 million in cash and marketable securities. In the release, Bitmine described itself as the world’s largest Ethereum treasury and said its overall crypto treasury size ranks second globally behind Strategy.
Company added 76,881 ETH in one week and has staked over 4.7 million ETH
Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee said Bitmine bought 76,881 ETH over the past week. As of June 14, the company’s total staked ETH stood at 4,718,677, equal to about $8.1 billion at the same reference price. The company said this amounts to more than 83% of its total ETH holdings. The release also said Bitmine’s own staking operations generated a 2.79% 7-day annualized yield, with current projected annualized staking revenue of about $226 million. If all ETH is staked through MAVAN and its staking partners, projected annualized ETH staking rewards rise to about $269 million.
Preferred stock deal closed with $273.8 million in net proceeds
On the financing side, Bitmine said it closed an offering on June 10 of 3.5 million shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at a public offering price of $80.00 per share. After underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses, net proceeds were about $273.8 million. The company said the preferred stock is expected to begin trading on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP on June 16, 2026, with dividends scheduled weekly. Bitmine also said its board declared the third weekly cash dividend of $0.2639 per share, expected to be paid on July 6, 2026 to holders of record as of June 26.
Trading volume ranked No. 203 in the US market
Citing Fundstrat data, Bitmine said BMNR posted an average daily dollar trading volume of $550 million over five days as of June 12, 2026, placing it at No. 203 among 5,704 US-listed stocks. The company also noted that it was named to the Fortune 100 Crypto List on June 11, 2026. The release said Bitmine is backed by investors including Cathie Wood, Founders Fund, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital, and Tom Lee as it pursues its stated goal of acquiring 5% of ETH.
