Bitmine Immersion Technologies said its combined crypto holdings, cash, and so-called “moonshots” investments totaled $9.6 billion as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Feb. 22, 2026. The company reported holdings of 4,422,659 ETH valued at $1,958 per token, plus 193 BTC, $691 million in cash, a $200 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $17 million stake in Eightco Holdings.
Based on the company’s figures, its ETH position equals 3.66% of the total Ethereum supply of 120.7 million ETH. Bitmine described itself as the largest Ethereum treasury in the world and the second-largest global crypto treasury, behind Strategy, which it said holds 717,131 BTC valued at about $49 billion.
Bitmine added 51,162 ETH in one week
Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee said the company bought 51,162 ETH over the past week. In the statement, he said Bitmine is continuing to execute its treasury strategy by steadily acquiring ETH while seeking to improve yield on those holdings.
Bitmine also said its total staked ETH stood at 3,040,483 ETH as of Feb. 22, worth about $6.0 billion using the same ETH price. That amounts to roughly 69% of the company’s total ETH holdings. Lee said annualized staking rewards could reach $249 million once all ETH is staked through MAVAN and partner providers, using a 2.89% seven-day BMNR yield. He added that annualized staking revenue is currently $171 million.
The company said the Composite Ethereum Staking Rate, or CESR, was 2.81%, while Bitmine’s own staking operations generated a seven-day annualized yield of 2.89%. Bitmine is developing a staking system called MAVAN, short for Made in America VAlidator Network, and said it is expected to be deployed in early 2026. The company added that it is working with three staking providers as it moves toward the rollout.
BMNR trading volume ranked 165th in the US market
Outside its treasury update, Bitmine highlighted liquidity in its public stock. Citing Fundstrat data, the company said BMNR posted an average daily dollar trading volume of $0.7 billion over five trading days through Feb. 20, 2026. That placed the stock at No. 165 among 5,704 US-listed stocks, behind Carnival Corp and ahead of Northrup Grumman.
Bitmine also said it remains backed by a group of institutional investors and market participants that includes ARK’s Cathie Wood, MOZAYYX, Founders Fund, Bill Miller III, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital, and Thomas “Tom” Lee personally. The company said its goal is to acquire 5% of ETH.
In its company description, Bitmine said it operates as a Bitcoin and Ethereum network company focused on accumulating crypto for long-term investment, with ETH serving as its primary treasury reserve asset. The strategy includes staking and DeFi mechanisms. The release also stated that comments tied to ETH accumulation, staking progress, and long-term value are forward-looking statements and actual results could differ materially.
