Bitmine Immersion Technologies said that as of 6:00 p.m. ET on Dec. 28, 2025, its combined crypto holdings, cash, and "moonshots" investments were worth $13.2 billion. The company reported holdings of 4,110,525 ETH priced at $2,948 per token, along with 192 BTC, a $23 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and $1.0 billion in cash.

Using the company’s figures, that ETH position equals 3.41% of the 120.7 million ETH supply. Bitmine also said it added 44,463 ETH over the past week. In the release, Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee of Fundstrat said tax-loss selling tied to year-end positioning was weighing on crypto and crypto-related equities, with the effect typically strongest from Dec. 26 to Dec. 30.

Staked ETH Reaches 408,627 as MAVAN Targets Early 2026 Rollout

Bitmine also gave an update on staking. The company said it is working with three staking providers while preparing to launch its commercial MAVAN network, short for Made in America VAlidator Network, in early 2026. As of Dec. 28, 2025, Bitmine said it had 408,627 ETH staked, worth roughly $1.2 billion at the same reference price.

The announcement cited a 2.81% composite Ethereum staking rate, or CESR, administered by Quatrefoil. Lee said that if Bitmine’s ETH were fully staked through MAVAN and its staking partners, the annual staking fee opportunity would amount to about $374 million, or more than $1 million per day. That figure was presented by the company as a scale-based estimate.
