Bitmine Immersion Technologies said that as of 5:00 p.m. ET on Jan. 19, 2026, it held 4,203,036 ETH valued at $3,211 per token, along with 193 BTC, a $22 million stake in Eightco Holdings, and $979 million in cash. The company said its crypto, cash and “moonshots” portfolio totaled $14.5 billion.

Using the company’s figures, Bitmine’s ETH position accounts for 3.48% of the 120.7 million ETH supply. The company also said it bought 35,268 ETH over the past week. Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee linked the rise in the ETH/BTC ratio since mid-October to growing recognition of Ethereum’s role in tokenization and other applications being developed by Wall Street, and pointed to an Ethereum Foundation website listing major financial institutions building on Ethereum.

Staked ETH rises to 1.838 million

Bitmine said its total staked ETH reached 1,838,003 as of Jan. 19, worth about $5.9 billion at the same ETH reference price. That was up by 581,920 ETH from a week earlier. The company said this remains only a portion of its more than 4.2 million ETH holdings. Based on the 2.81% CESR administered by Quatrefoil, Lee said annual staking fee revenue could reach $374 million once Bitmine’s ETH is fully staked through MAVAN and partner providers, or more than $1 million per day.

The company said it is working with three staking providers as it moves toward launching its commercial MAVAN (Made in America Validator Network) in 2026. In its corporate description, Bitmine said the dedicated staking infrastructure is scheduled for Q1 2026.

Shareholders approve all four proposals

Bitmine also said shareholders approved all four proposals on Jan. 15, 2026. Proposal 2, which sought to increase authorized shares, received 81% support of votes cast, representing 52.2% of total outstanding shares voting in favor. Lee said the result showed support for the company’s ETH accumulation strategy and repeated that Bitmine has not sold, and does not intend to sell, shares below mNAV.

The company added that it has more than 500,000 individual shareholders. It also released its January Chairman’s message, which was the presentation Lee delivered at the company’s 2026 annual shareholder meeting at Wynn Encore Las Vegas.

$200 million Beast Industries investment still pending close

Separately, Bitmine said it invested $200 million into Beast Industries on Jan. 15, 2026. The transaction is expected to close during the week and is not yet included in the current “moonshots” figure. After closing, the company said it will initially carry the investment at cost. In his statement, Lee focused on MrBeast’s audience reach and engagement when discussing Beast Industries.

Bitmine described itself as the world’s largest ETH treasury and said it ranks second among global corporate crypto treasuries behind Strategy Inc., which it said holds 672,497 BTC valued at $61 billion. According to Fundstrat data cited by the company, BMNR posted average daily dollar trading volume of $1.5 billion on a five-day basis as of Jan. 9, 2026, ranking No. 60 among 5,704 U.S.-listed stocks.
