Bitmine said its combined crypto holdings, cash, marketable securities and “moonshots” were worth $10.7 billion as of 3:00 p.m. ET on June 21, 2026. Using a Coinbase reference price of $1,733 per ETH, the company reported holdings of 5,672,956 ETH. It also disclosed 205 BTC, $601 million in cash and marketable securities, a $180 million stake in Beast Industries, and a $104 million stake in Eightco Holdings.
ETH position equals 4.7% of supply
According to the company, its ETH treasury now represents 4.7% of the 120.7 million ETH supply. Chairman Thomas “Tom” Lee said Bitmine acquired 52,203 ETH over the past week and is maintaining a steady pace of accumulation through 2026. He said the firm expects to reach its “alchemy of 5%” target sometime this year, referring to ownership of 5% of the total ETH supply.
Bitmine also named a group of institutional backers tied to that strategy, including ARK’s Cathie Wood, MOZAYYX, Founders Fund, Bill Miller III, Pantera, Kraken, DCG, Galaxy Digital, and Lee as a personal investor.
4.72 million ETH has been staked
On staking, Bitmine said total staked ETH stood at 4,718,677 ETH as of June 21, equal to about $8.2 billion at the same ETH price. That amount is more than 83% of the company’s total ETH holdings. Bitmine said its own staking operations generated a 2.73% 7-day annualized yield, with projected annualized staking revenue currently at $223 million. If all of its ETH is staked through MAVAN and staking partners, projected annualized ETH staking rewards would rise to about $268 million.
MAVAN, short for Made in American VAlidator Network, is Bitmine’s institutional-grade staking platform. The company said it was initially built to support its Ethereum treasury and is intended to expand to institutional investors, custodians, and ecosystem partners. A portion of Bitmine’s ETH has already been staked through the platform.
Preferred stock offering closed in June
Bitmine said it closed a registered offering on June 10 of 3.5 million shares of 9.50% Series A Perpetual Preferred Stock at a public offering price of $80 per share. Net proceeds were about $273.8 million after underwriting discounts, commissions, and estimated offering expenses. The preferred shares trade on the NYSE under the symbol BMNP, and dividends are scheduled to be paid weekly under the applicable terms.
The company also noted that it was named to the Fortune 100 Crypto List on June 11, 2026. In the release, Bitmine said the ranking was based on data analysis by Inca Digital and a survey of crypto industry experts cited by Fortune.

Bitmine said its crypto treasury ranks second globally behind Strategy Inc. The release cited Strategy as holding 846,842 BTC valued at about $54 billion. By Bitmine’s own description, it remains the world’s largest ETH treasury.
The company also pointed to trading activity in its stock. Citing Fundstrat data, Bitmine said its shares recorded an average daily dollar volume of $717 million on a 4-day average as of June 18, 2026, placing it at No. 219 among 5,704 US-listed stocks.
