Bitmine Immersion Technologies said that as of April 12, 2026, its Ethereum holdings had reached 4.875 million ETH, worth about $10.75 billion. The position represents roughly 4.04% of Ethereum’s total supply, putting the company close to its stated objective of holding 5% of supply. Based on the company’s own figures, it has completed nearly 81% of that goal.
Beyond Ethereum, Bitmine also reported holdings of 198 BTC and approximately $719 million in cash. Combined, those assets bring the company’s total balance sheet value to about $11.8 billion. The breakdown highlights how heavily the firm is centered on ETH as its primary treasury and strategic asset.
Staking remains a key part of the strategy
In addition to outright holdings, Bitmine said it has staked 3.335 million ETH through its MAVAN platform, with that staked position valued at around $7.36 billion. The company projects an annualized staking yield of roughly $310 million. Over the most recent seven-day period, the annualized yield was 2.89%, above the industry benchmark CESR of 2.73%.
The update suggests Bitmine is combining large-scale ETH accumulation with a yield-generating staking strategy. That approach not only increases its exposure to Ethereum but also seeks to turn dormant holdings into recurring on-chain income. As more public and private firms explore crypto treasury models, Bitmine’s scale and staking performance may remain a closely watched case in institutional Ethereum allocation.
