Techub News reported that Juan José, CEO of Bitroot, has been confirmed as a speaker for GWDC 2026 KOREA.
Juan José leads Bitroot, which is focused on building next-generation public blockchain infrastructure for AI and high-performance parallel computing. According to the event description, Bitroot is working with a parallelized Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) architecture, a decentralized AI compute network and a verifiable AI execution layer. The stated goal is to tackle blockchain performance bottlenecks and concentration in computing power while providing efficient, secure and lower-cost infrastructure for Web3, decentralized finance (DeFi) and complex AI agent applications.
The announcement said Juan José will join political and business leaders, industry participants and developers in Seoul to share views on current developments in Web3 and AI.

GWDC 2026 Korea will take place on Sept. 29-30, 2026 at the aT Center in Seoul, South Korea.
The conference is hosted by Web3Labs, co-hosted by Techub News, HypaiLabs and TokenPost, and supported by the Hong Kong-Korea Web3 Policy Promotion Alliance.
Focus and program
This year’s event is built around the theme “For Builders, By Builders,” with a focus on technology innovation and industry applications across Web3, AI, on-chain infrastructure and the digital asset ecosystem.
The program will include keynote speeches, technical forums, project showcases, business matchmaking and a hackathon. Organizers said these activities are designed to support developer exchange, technical collaboration, capital connections and project implementation.
Registration and hackathon
Registration for both the conference and the hackathon is now open. Organizers expect the hackathon to attract more than 500 developers from around the world. It will center on real on-chain tasks, with guidance from industry mentors and reviews by institutional venture capital judges, and is planned to generate more than 100 innovation projects.
The event will also include innovation project showcases and VC matching sessions intended to support global launches, liquidity growth and ecosystem building for selected projects.
