BlackRock said its assets under management reached $15.3 trillion as second-quarter revenue rose 31% year over year to $7.1 billion and adjusted operating income increased 39% to $2.9 billion. The firm also reported $868 billion in net inflows over the past 12 months. At the same time, BlackRock has filed two registration statements with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for tokenized money market funds. One filing would create a tokenized share class for an existing fund on Ethereum, while the other covers a digital-native strategy. The company also said its iShares ETF platform has grown to more than $6 trillion in AUM, with $178 billion in second-quarter net inflows. Its digital asset-related AUM stands at about $110 billion, and it said the iShares Bitcoin Trust, Ethereum Trust, and BUIDL remain the largest products in their respective categories. BlackRock also manages $60 billion of reserves for stablecoin issuer Circle and raised its 2026 share repurchase plan to $2 billion after buying back $450 million of stock in the second quarter.
