Blockchain Forum 2026 was held at Crocus Expo in Moscow on April 14–15, with organizers saying the event drew 16,388 participants. The forum centered on crypto, digital assets, and artificial intelligence, and was presented as the largest event of its kind in Russia.
Regulatory talks brought government agencies and crypto firms together
A major part of this year’s program was the dialogue between crypto businesses and government institutions. Representatives from the Central Bank of Russia, the State Duma, the Ministry of Energy, the Ministry of Digital Development, and other public bodies joined panels on regulation, infrastructure, and the integration of digital assets into the wider economy.
The speaker lineup also included founders of crypto projects, senior executives from major companies, investors, and public-sector representatives. Russian IT and fintech companies named in the event materials included Yandex, Sber, Alfa-Bank, T-Bank, and MTS.
AI track and headline speakers added to the agenda
Errol Musk appeared at the forum as a featured speaker. Event materials described him as an entrepreneur and investor in AI and digital assets, and said his remarks on technology development and market evolution drew strong audience attention.
Garrett Bullish also spoke at the event, sharing his view of the current market cycle and the factors shaping what comes next. The business program also introduced the first large-scale AI Future Forum, a dedicated track focused on the role of artificial intelligence in the future digital economy in Russia and abroad. Speakers in that segment included representatives from Rosatom, NTI, the State Duma, and other institutions.
Expo floor, meetings, and the next event dates
Beyond the stage program, organizers said participants held dozens of meetings and negotiations over the two-day event, leading to new business connections and partnerships. The forum combined a conference agenda, an expo, and direct networking between market participants.
An official AfterParty followed the forum, where attendees continued networking in a more informal setting, with a live performance by L’One.
