Fresh allegations around BlockDAG fund flows have drawn new scrutiny. On-chain investigators said wallet activity appeared to connect BlockDAG Network, ZKP, and Spartans Casino through transfers routed across multiple address clusters, with the pattern described as suspected commingled movements and coordinated payment channels.
The investigators mapped several wallet groups linked by repeated transactions. Their chart connected presale wallets to addresses described as tied to Spartans, while analysts pointed to recurring routing behavior across intermediary blockchain accounts. In the published visual, blue lines marked inflows and routing activity, and red lines showed outbound distributions and redistribution flows.
Treasury separation questions move to the center of the debate
A thread posted on X raised concerns that treasury funds may have been commingled. According to that report, investor money repeatedly crossed unrelated operating structures, and the transactions allegedly involved wallets tied to separate business ventures. The same coverage also noted that the chart on its own did not amount to legal proof of misconduct; blockchain tracing still depends on verified attribution and supporting evidence.
That point matters. During large fundraising campaigns, analysts usually watch whether reserves, operating balances, and marketing budgets are kept apart. Shared wallet infrastructure tends to trigger deeper forensic review, especially when fundraising runs for an extended period and treasury movements become harder for retail investors to follow.
Bridge transfers, hot wallet restructuring, and OTC desks were all cited
Investigators also referenced bridge transfers moving toward newly created hot wallets. The chart linked Ethereum bridge activity with private wallet restructuring, an area analysts often review closely when fresh addresses begin handling large aggregated transfers. Another claim in the report said funds moved through OTC trading desks in the Middle East. Because OTC channels can reduce direct visibility around ownership attribution, large off-market transfers often attract closer blockchain monitoring.
The chart also included a wallet label for KOL-related payments. Investigators alleged that promotional payouts may have originated from treasury-connected pathways. KOL marketing is common in crypto fundraising, but when those routes appear to intersect with presale treasury flows, pressure rises for clearer disclosure.
Extended presale and delayed mainnet keep retail scrutiny high
The report said BlockDAG raised between $300 million and $433 million in presales, and that the fundraising effort continued for more than two years. Questions around mainnet delivery then became a larger topic across crypto trading communities. Retail traders often track project timelines closely during long presale periods, and delays tend to sharpen demands for verifiable reserve reporting and clearer explanations of treasury handling.
Discussion on social platforms also picked up. Some posts claimed certain terms were blocked inside Telegram communities, and the project was also accused of restricting investigative accounts on social media. In cases like this, market observers often look for audits or wallet verification statements from the project side. Based on the source material, the current focus remains on the reported wallet links and the caution they have stirred across the market.
