Mainnet Launch: From Prompt to Deployment with Zero Friction
On July 1, 2026, BNB Chain announced the official mainnet launch of its AI Agent development platform, BNB Agent Studio. The platform dramatically simplifies the process of creating and deploying AI Agents on-chain. Developers can issue a single natural-language prompt within popular AI coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code, and the system automatically handles wallet creation, on-chain identity registration under the ERC-8004 standard, and smart contract deployment. No longer do developers need to independently set up modules for wallets, identity verification, payment channels, custody, or LLM integration — the entire pipeline is streamlined into a single command.
Runtime & Payment Mechanics: x402 Auto-Billing + ERC-8183 Task Discovery
Once deployed, the AI Agent runs entirely on AWS Bedrock AgentCore, enabling continuous access to large language models. To manage LLM usage costs, the platform integrates the x402 protocol, which automatically deducts fees from the user’s pre-funded wallet, eliminating the need for manual gas payments for each call. Additionally, Agents expose capabilities through the ERC-8183 task interface, allowing other Agents on the network to discover and invoke them. This creates a modular ecosystem where Agents can either operate independently or serve as composable building blocks for other on-chain contracts and Agents.
Limited-Time Free Trial: GitHub Login on BSC Testnet
To attract early adopters, BNB Chain is offering a limited-time free trial. Developers can simply log in using their GitHub account and experience the entire BNB Agent Studio deployment workflow on the BSC testnet — including wallet creation, identity registration, Agent deployment, and fee deduction — without needing to pre-fund with mainnet tokens. This initiative aims to lower the barrier for developers to explore the platform and accelerate early ecosystem growth.
