ChainCatcher reported, citing Coinglass data, that Bitcoin has two key conditional liquidation-intensity levels on major centralized exchanges. If BTC falls below $60,258, cumulative long liquidation intensity across major CEXs would reach $1.469 billion. In the opposite direction, if BTC breaks above $66,234, cumulative short liquidation intensity across major CEXs would reach $926 million.
The figures separate the pressure facing leveraged positions on both sides of the market. The $60,258 level is linked to long positions, while the $66,234 level is linked to short positions. Liquidation intensity describes the estimated scale of positions that would face concentrated liquidation once a specified price level is triggered; it is not the same as liquidation volume that has already occurred.
