Bybit, the cryptocurrency exchange, has announced that its payment arm, Bybit Pay, has integrated with Mesh, a crypto payment infrastructure provider. Users can now make payments or top up their accounts directly using their Bybit balance on supported platforms, eliminating the need to withdraw assets or transfer them to other platforms.
Integration Details and User Benefits
At checkout or during top-ups, users can select Bybit Pay as a payment option. For merchants already integrated with Mesh, they can add Bybit Pay as a payment method through existing integrations, thereby reaching Bybit's claimed 80 million users. Bybit said the integration also supports programmable settlement, allowing merchants to control the settlement method and timing across different markets.
Mesh Network and Funding Background
Mesh said its network connects over 300 wallets, exchanges, and financial service platforms. In January of this year, the company completed a $75 million Series C funding round led by Dragonfly, reaching a valuation of $1 billion, with total funding exceeding $200 million. Mesh plans to expand into Latin America, Asia, and Europe.
