Odaily reported that Nasdaq-listed bitcoin mining company Canaan has released its bitcoin mining operation update for May 2026. According to the disclosed figures, the company produced 90 BTC from self-mining during the month. The update focuses on Canaan’s bitcoin output and its crypto asset reserves at the end of the reporting period.

In addition to the 90 BTC generated through self-operated mining activities, Canaan also received 24 BTC from customer payments in May. The company included this figure alongside its mining production data, showing that part of its reported business activity involved settlement in bitcoin.
