Canary Capital has filed a second amended S-1 registration statement for its staked SEI exchange-traded fund, according to a Sept. 21 update cited by BlockBeats. The revised filing says the ETF will hold spot SEI and makes major changes to the staking structure described in earlier paperwork. Under the latest version, roughly 90% of the fund’s SEI holdings are expected to be staked. The filing also states that all related assets will be custodied by BitGo. The update centers on the product’s spot SEI exposure, its revised staking arrangement, the projected share of assets to be staked, and the custody setup named in the document.
