French bitcoin treasury company Capital B said on Sept. 7 that it bought 376 BTC for €25.3 million, or about $29.4 million, lifting its total holdings to 3,521 BTC. The company said its cumulative acquisition cost has reached about €309.4 million, equivalent to roughly $359.3 million, and put its average purchase price at around €87,878 per bitcoin, or about $102,058. Capital B said the latest transaction was its largest single bitcoin purchase since September 2025, when it acquired 551 BTC. The company added that the new purchase was funded by recently completed financing, including a €28.7 million private placement. As part of that financing, Adam Back invested an additional €7.6 million, increasing his ownership of Capital B common shares to 17.64%.
