From October 31 to November 13, users can open boxes after completing qualifying trades to win USDT prizes, service fee waivers, VIP upgrades, and discount codes from leading hardware wallet brands.
How the Mystery Boxes Work
Each eligible transaction — whether C2C (crypto-to-crypto) or F2C (fiat-to-crypto) — grants one attempt to open a box. Inside, players may find one of four outcomes: a prize, an extra move, an empty cell, or a loss. Prizes range from USDT cash rewards (up to $100) and 0% service fee bonuses to a one-month VIP status (priority support plus zero fees on all C2C trades) and exclusive content. VIP status can be auto-renewed by making another C2C swap while active.
Hardware Wallet Partner Discounts
Changelly teamed up with SafePal, SecuX, Ellipal, and CoolWallet to hide limited-time promo codes inside select boxes. Discounts include 10% off SafePal products, 20% off SecuX wallets, 10% off Ellipal gear, and 10% off CoolWallet (excluding CoolWallet Go). Codes are valid through November 13 or 30, depending on the brand. However, Changelly is not responsible for redemption; users must contact the respective partner for issues.
Prize Pool and Notification Schedule
Cash prizes total 500 USDT, divided as: 1 x 100 USDT, 4 x 50 USDT, and 8 x 25 USDT. Winners will be notified via email on November 5, November 10, and November 14. Non-cash rewards (fee bonuses, VIP status, guides) are credited within 7 business days. A total of 500 USDT is allocated for the cash pool.
Regional Restrictions and Anti-Abuse Rules
The promotion is not available to residents of the UK, India, Hong Kong, or Turkey, plus other restricted regions per Changelly's Terms of Use.
